The truth is Eating Disorders are deceiving diseases. They are good at shape shifting and hiding. They go undiagnosed and untreated. They carry on from mother to daughter. They are ignored and swept under the rug.

Finding balance with food can feel like a tug-of-war between cravings and doubts. It’s okay to take things one step at a time. Trust your body, honor your hunger, and remember that enjoying what you love is part of the journey to healing. 🌿✨
